Des Moines isn't known as a late-night town.

But if you're up in the wee hours and looking for food, there areplenty of good restaurants open late to help satisfy your hunger.

Bailey's Pub and Grub

This down-to-earth neighborhood restaurant is a great place to unwind over a burger, sandwich or shrimp basket with fries. An extensive appetizer list with breaded wings, fried cauliflower and cheese sticksalso makes for some great late-night snacking. Check out a hot sausage sandwich with mild or hot peppers, mozzarella and marinara.
